"Item Number" received the award for Best contribution to German competition of the International Shortfilm Festival, Oberhausen. Here's the jury statement: Time is running out. The mirror shows for what or whom. A very particular kind of artificiality loses its melodramatic nature and re-discovers it at the moment when the space beyond the stage becomes the stage. And because there is no beyond, the film releases its protagonist.
